Moving Onwards and Upwards for our Perth Office

After 10 years of offering ground improvement products from its original warehouse, our Perth office is taking things to the next level.

We are excited to announce that Global Synthetics, Perth warehouse and office, has relocated to larger premises in Welshpool.  This means that we are able to stock a wider range of geosynthetic products, all under protective cover and we are also more accessible to multiple simultaneous truck movements and road train semitrailers.

At more than 8000m2, the new Welshpool site is 4 times the size of the old premises. This definitely came in handy with one Gold mine project requiring 250,000m2 of our PROLINER geomembrane which was stored in 14 x 40' containers.  The product was loaded onto 22 semi-trailers and out the door in less than a week. The same project took approximately 150,000m2 of BENTOFIX geosynthetic clay liner and GEOFIRMA Geotextile to complete the multilayered construction.

It has been an exciting 11 years for Global Synthetics, Perth and we look at this new location as the start of another chapter in our history. We're still working on getting settled in, but we're incredibly excited to be in the new space and seeing all those big trucks go out the gate with plenty more of geosynthetic products.
